Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by another email containing your tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

🚛 Shipping Time and Methods

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Note: Certain large items like cat trees, pet houses, or heavy feeders may take slightly longer due to size and weight.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas covered by our logistics partners.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or unserviceable areas as restricted by the courier company.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have delivery limitations based on size, fragility, or courier restrictions. If your order is affected, our support team will contact you immediately with the best available solution.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can track your order anytime through our Order Tracking Page or directly on the courier’s website.

🐾 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the matter promptly and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
